Abstract : Based on the phenomena of over2standard carbon dioxidecontent in the outlet air f rom molecular sieve

adsorber in a 60000m3/ h air separation unit , thecause of fault is analyzed in details. The t reatment measures

and their effect s , as wellas experiences and lessons f rom the fault , are presented.
