1,你提到的露点温度跟压力成反比可能是受三甘醇的影响,我想也是.这点在ISO 18453中有提到.
2,还有就是HYSYS计算出来的露点温度跟实际的露点温度出入比较大.这点跟我的模拟组分有关系,因为组分中含有大量的二氧化碳,30%几,对露点的温度影响很大.这点在GPSA中有提到.(实际露点温度可能-20度左右,HYSYS计算出来的相差太远)
以下是其他朋友给我的回复,给你做个参考.
you can get these values from the ISO 18453 (removing glycol and putting together C6+ since the model only allows C1-C6 + water, CO2, N2) included in the student's version of Prode Properties,
calculated dew points (liquid molar fraction = 1.0E-5)
2 Bar.a -> 238.93 K
5 Bar.a -> 249.189
10 Bar.a -> 259.673
20 Bar.a -> 269.53
etc.
note that water amount is very low and condensate is mixed (water + hydrocarbons)
glycol content is almost negligible and I do not expect large variations, if required the full composition (including glycol) can be modeled with a EOS and complex mixing rules, these models are included in Prode Properties (and, I think, Aspen) but I have not that time now.
