Intergraph's products, including technical data, are subject to the United States export control laws.These controls are in place for national security, anti-terrorism, and to prevent the proliferation of chemical and biological weapons, to control the export of encryption commodities, software and technology, to prevent the proliferation of nuclear weapons, and to prevent the proliferation of certain missiles, and other controls administered by the U.S. Department of Commerce. EXPORT CONTROL LAWS
Product, including software and documentation, available on the Intergraph PPM ftp site is subject to export controls administered by the United States and other countries.
